What are the pros and cons of Indus Water Treaty from Pakistan's perspective?

Got more water than India its literally an unfair treaty which benefits Pakistan greatly.
Treaty is certainly unfair to India its not even 50:50 sharing, we need to get rid of it at the earliest.

.
Hi guys , You have 6 times more water flowing in sea than you use. Learn to manage water rather than lying and blaming India about treaty violation. We have not violated any treaty and we are only taking the water which of our share.

We are not even taking our entire water share. We have only now started to do that.

.
We are not even taking our entire water share. We have only now started to do that.

Exactly. We are not using the water of three rivers of our share. Neither we are using 17 or 19% water of river sindhu of our share.

.
They were not removed. If they were removed, then it's obvious that the Indian forces would have taken control of the entirety of the state.
Tribals return Ed after ceasefire regular army took control which now qlso has ajk regiment and gb scouts from local recruits

We can't have that now, can we? The resolution talked about handing full control of the state to Indian forces.

A - RESTORATION OF PEACE AND ORDER

1. The Government of Pakistan should undertake to use its best endeavours:

(a) To secure the withdrawal from the State of Jammu and Kashmir of tribesmen and
Pakistani nationals not normally resident therein who have entered the State for the purposes of fighting, and to prevent any intrusion into the State of such elements and any furnishing of material aid to those fighting in the State;

Those who came for purpose of fighting have been removed the Pak army is for security reasons
And also has alot of gb ajk national whole regiment of em

That's basically all Pakistani nationals.

2. The Government of India should:

(a) When it is established to the satisfaction of the Commission set up in accordance with the
Council's Resolution 39 (1948) that the tribesmen are withdrawing and that arrangements for
the cessation of the fighting have become effective, put into operation in consultation with the Commission a plan for withdrawing their own forces from Jammu and Kashmir and reducing them progressively to the minimum strength required for the support of the civil power in the maintenance of law and order;

This paragraph talks about India withdrawing offensive capability and maintaining only limited troops.

That as small a number as possible should be retained in forward areas;

Basically, talks about Indian troops holding all frontier locations on the International Border.

.
A friend of mine who is a geologist said that, federal government has been fooling about water theft by Indians so that they can put cover on their incapability to harvest the ground water table and proper river water management. I don't know if it is true but other may shed some light on it.

The Indian govt has no ability to divert or stop the Indus waters from flowing into Pakistan. The Indian govt has also not fully used India's share of the water.

Make of that what you will.

I don't think you get it. The army is also Pak nationals.

Point 2 doesn't even come into play without Point 1 first happening. It's Pakistan first and then India follows.

There's two things:
The tribals were also Pak Army.

And the resolution asked for withdrawal of all Pak citizens, which includes regular army.

I think you should read up about the war.

The resolution talks about tribals and Pak nationals. In fact, the Pak nationals had to withdraw immediately while the tribals could take longer, in a phased manner.

And Indian Army had to take up the frontier positions anyway. So that won't happen without full withdrawal.
