F this federation in that case. And who called pathans thieves? PESCO is KPK company who has decided to cut power to those areas who don't pay bills. Everyone in Pakistan suffer shortages, but those areas in which recovery is good should be rewarded.

abid sher ali should collect from punjab as well as kpk that is the way to go

otherwise kpk has no contract to supply rest with cheap electricity while they are not paying bills are electricity thieves

Seems like Pakistani provinces are starting to compete with each other for resources. Well, this can have a positive impact if done the right now. Right now the fight is over present resources, soon it could turn to fight for expanding and building new resources. States should compete among each other for economic development and investments. This is the right way to go.

But threatning each other is definitely sending out a wrong message.
