Senior most wapda officer was caught by kpk minister accompanied by media steeling electricity in kpk but as he was federal officer no action was taken

There are power cuts in Punjab too and no one is calling them theives Population of punjab is Higher and i accept theft is also higher but If govt is trying to cut the power off for those who dont even pay bills than whats wrong with it?? And load shedding is more in punjab as compare to KPK.. Visit Southern Punjab even Outskirts of Lahore are highly Effected... Lahore is much better

Back to the topic, on one hand cutting off electricity to people not paying bills seems to be a policy. But then also is encouraging free supplies to new consumers. Talk about Circular Debt and why it is the real problem that is causing major hardship.
