Dont forget that these bielections are being conducted on older voter list. For the next general elections, 1.5 crore new voters will be added where it is expected pti to have more than 50% of the votes.

There were 3 punjab provincial assembly seats and all were PMLN seats as per 2018 general elections. Now PTI won 2 out of those 3 seats further consolidating PTI/PMLQ govt position in Punjab.

All these NA seats were cherry picked by PDM thinking that they might end up wining 4-5 seats. IK is unstoppable at the moment. Pmln losing further 2 PP seats is serious situation for them. They are on the verge of being squeezed to death in Punjab. They don't have vote bank in the other provinces anyways.
