and a mix of 80-100 Mig-21bisons and Mig-27s( 4-5 squadron) waiting to be phased out in near future.
PS: In short squadron strength will remain same as today(33-34 squadrons)but with much better fleet quality wise.

lol true....we have so many oldies to replace that Its not possible to reach that 42 squadron strength even if we induct 300 new jets in next 10 years. May be after 2025.
