North Vietnam and china PRC had signed in to Geneva accord 1954 in Geneva. China has to known that, Paracel and Spratly is under South Vietnam territory. Pham Van Dong and North Vietnam does not have right to say about South Vietnam sea territory.

So that in the letter dated sept 4, 1958, Pham Van Dong stated only 12 miles coastline related to North Vietnam and China mainland and Hainan.

They and others are stopping to use Chinese telecom products. So no worries. Issue is China and Chinese, not telecom by itself. World has realized the danger of Chinese manufacturing and their dishonest nature so people will dump dangerous, dishonest and broken Chinese goods.
