Vietnam Deploys Submarines to Scare Off China in South China Sea

You can only know what we want u to know.;)

It's called bilateral cooperation , anyways I like to focus on developmentalist systems, and stray away from diversionary forces.

Not really, the Japanese media is just as anti-China as the western one.

I just found it.

China Completes Installation of Submerged Buoy Observation System in Western Pacific

I truly think Martin should be entitled as a think tank/professional or the mod of the Chinese section.

Hmm , depends on the media sources; unfortunately most Japanese media sources have been unfortunately forced to adopt an unproductive position with China. Washington state actors have infiltrated Japanese media sources after all .

China doesn't have the patience to deal with Japan anymore. The pro-West one by far outnumbers the pro-China one.

No more guy like Hatoyama, then there is no amend of the relationship between the two neighboring countries.

And the Japanese products are now virtually extinct in China, with only the oversea Chinese still buying the Japanese cars and electronics, but with the ongoing trend of Japan's obnoxiously hostile behavior toward China in general, so it is expected that the oversea Chinese will also eventually reduce their support for the Japanese products as well.

You have to understand that Japan is not America, and you don't have the technological bargaining power to bring China back to the table once you pissed her off.

Even the US leverage against China is severally limited, and all their current effective sanction products are the airliner and the OS.

However, the airliner is currently a duopoly with the Airbus as an alternative, same for the Windows, there is Linux.

Also, China will soon have its indigenous airliner and OS, so there is no leverage that can last against China forever.

The Chinese people can easily shun the Japanese products without affecting their needs for the daily commodities.

BTW, we should go back to the topic, since it is all about Vietnam.

Don't make me laugh. Vietnam didn't even pull out a single one of their 150,000 troops in Cambodia, and they still got rid of the genocidal, Chinese-backed Khmer Rouge.

The only thing you proved was how ineffective the Soviets were at being able to protect Vietnam, although clearly Vietnam was more than a match at pushing out China alone.

:-) Looks like you are the only one laughing and like a retard. Whether it is because you really lack the knowledge or you just simply love to troll.

We are amused by you a non-Vietnamese because we understand the strategy behind the punitive invasion.

Can you tell us: -

What was the strategy of Deng's PRC when the Chinese entered Vietnam in 1979 which was in fact the former province of ANNAM illegal occupied by the French.

Who was Vietnam protector then and why the Vietnamese strategists believe China would not dare to invade Vietnam? Did the Vietnamese protector came to her rescue?

Are you sure Red Vietnam did not withdraw their best soldiers out of Kampuchea to defend her border after that?

Why is the flag of the Vietnamese Flying Tigers regiment now kept as a souvenir inside China?

US satellite confirmed that only 80,000 Chinese border troops were only involved but what was astonishing was the casualty figures for the Chinese soldiers released by the VC regime that triple those figures. Even the journalist with Asahi Shimbun who rushed to the site where the Vietnamese claimed to had fought a fierce battle was reported to be very quiet. It is obviously VC propaganda like during NAM where they shot down 10,000 USAF warplanes and killed over 1 million US GI.

There were many claims and allegations of atrocities by undisciplined VC troops by Kampuchean civilians with photos, etc to prove that the Vietnamese invaders were genocidal, went on a rampant when they simply shoot at civilians like frightened rabbits, molested and raped the weak females exactly like what the Indian rapists did in New Delhi? Now what have you got to say for it?

:smitten:Chinese-back Khmer Rouge???

Are you part of the VC propaganda team or is it just your imagination against what you perceived as an enemy of India, in your opinion, off course.

Tell me how much do you understand about "the 10 Bandung principles of NAM of 1955" which India is a part of?

Is Hun Sen, the arch rival of the Khmer Rouge then who is now conveniently regarded an a close ally of China, a supporter or mole of the Khmer Rouge today based on your wild allegation.

China is also regarded as a backer of North Korea regime, the question is apart from the ignorant, who will believe? So don't make us laugh especially those who flagged you.

Khmer Rouge were murderous regime and Chinese back them!!! Hahaha That is a nice piece of propaganda produced by you. Hahahaha

:cuckoo: But kindly look at your own backyard first.

:laugh::laugh: LOL First of all Mao's bodyguard "Hua Guofeng" was never really a chairman or was he a real politician. He was merely acting as an interim Chairman with a secret and important assignment from late Chairman Mao: - to pass the baton to Deng Xiao Peng as advised by the late Zhao En Lai to Chairman Mao and to stop the gang of four from further empowering themselves.

Chairman Mao TzeDong passed away in 1976 and that marked the end of the turbulent period in the history of China - The CULTURAL REVOLUTION where school, university, colleges, etc remained closed..

The truth is at this stage of history, nobody is really in charge in China and for a foreigner like Nate Thayer to make up a story like this make me suspects, he is just another paid CIA agent out to create mischief. Nobody will ever take him serious since like many of the trolls in here, he does not understand the 10 Bandung Principles of the NAM.

But the punitive invasion of Vietnam in 1979 totally destroyed the Vietnamese Indo-China expansionist plan.

Many Khmer Krom VC who managed to sneak and migrated aboard from South Vietnam and who shared the same DNA as the murderous Khmer Rouge were annoyed with the CHINA for upsetting their plan. In history the Kingdom of Champa where the Khmer Krom racists resided was defeated by the China Provincial King of ANNAM and was later annexed into the Middle Kingdom EMPIRE. These VC remains defiance up till today.

The former Kingdom of Champa is in green and that is where part of South Vietnam is. Now you know why some South Vietnamese are so racist. That is just the Khmer Krom inner nature.

The south vietnam was historically more influenced by Indian culture while the north was more by Chinese culture. The union of these two countries is essentially the result of the clash between two cultural influences. I guess the clash is never completely settled even after hundreds of years.

 Really! And he is 100% Red Blooded Chinese according to you.

I took a quick peek at your link and this is what it says.

Saloth Sar was born on 19 May 1925, the eighth of nine children and the second of three sons to Pen Saloth and Sok Nem. His older brother Saloth Chhay was born three years earlier. The family was living in the small fishing village of Prek Sbauv, Kampong Thom Province during the French colonialism of the area.[16] Pen Saloth was a rice farmer who owned 12 hectares of land and several buffaloes; the family was considered moderately wealthy by the standards of the day. Although Pen Saloth's family was of Sino-Khmer descent and Saloth Sar was named accordingly due to his fair complexion ("Sar" means white in Khmer),[17][18] the family had already ASSIMILATED themselves with mainstream Khmer society by the time Sar was born.[19]

:coffee: Naturally. Mixed marriage is common in Asia. His father is a Khmer and traditionally as practiced in Asia, we followed our father ancestry.

:dirol: So what are you trying to say. Just because his mother has Sino ancestry, he is regarded as Chinese because he was the Sec. General of the murderous Khmer Rouge regime who ancestry is hared by the khmer Krom of the South Vietnam.

 So it was rather fortunate, his Khmer father did not mate with a primate or a dog otherwise today he will be referred as the Monkey Uncle or a SOB.

:sarcastic: What puzzle me is why Vietnamese who try to revive their history as an independent nation before the french occupation would not admitted to the facts that all their former Kings of this provincial quasi-state called ANNAM were all Chinese? It is a well known fact and documented that if it displease the Emperor of the Middle Kingdom, their tenure is over and terminated.

Uncle Ho Chi Minh the founder of Vietnam was both a Chinese and a life member of the CCP and so are your present leaders in the Capital of Hanoi.

The so-called historical evidence presented out of context by Vietnamese are all written in Chinese. Why NOT in Vietnamese language since it was an independence state as they claimed?

If they are trying to confuse us with the former Kingdom of Champa, sorry la, it was annexed long time ago by the King of ANNAM and has since vanished.
