Maybe Russia is a de facto dictatorship, but at least, we know who is Russia real ruler, unlike USA.

It's funny dont know a real shit about who's the real ruler in "greatest democracy", who the hell decides about wars in USA.

And everybody accepts it.

I would say Soros is more powerful.
Because even though he is neither Commander in Chief or the US President, he still is able to manouver his social and economic recources on his own wish.

Biden is more powerful on paper, but lets be honest he is just a octogenarian figurehead for more powerful people behind his back, like Obama, Clintons, Wall street, Silicon Valley chiefs etc.

Who decides a war in USA? Is Biden that person really?

It's funny how we dont know, and how is hard to believe for anyone that Biden could decide such thing.

e.g.: In Russia, Putin has the last word about Ukraine war, but who is that person in USA?

.
The only recent independent Usa president was Donald Trump, if you listen to him carefully he exposed the whole deep state of Usa, the bankers, wall street, tycoons who actually control the country. The president is just a front face. Pakistan is trying to copy the same method but due to lack of skills it always backfires. India BJP is too strong to control, its a massive religious political nationalist movement.

There is no such thing as democracy, its all decided by the old rich men. Democracy, Freedom, human rights all a sham.

Watch this, it had 15M likes but then got removed, now it has been 10year but very less views, youtube buried it somewhere 😆All fixed matches

Obama was a good marketing product.
Biden is a bad marketing product.

Obama came to power after the Wall Street soft coup of Lehman Brothers bankruptcy and economic crisis.

So likely some group of bankers were the real POTUS behind Obama administration.

But it's all conjectures, oficially we know nothing, and that's amazing coming from the biggest "democracy" of the world .

The short answer is Biden. But the US Congress is the final say on war or military commitments. The US President can declare wars. Who is going to pay for it ? Under the US Constitution Congress approves the budget. In the long run US Congress decides which wars will be fought. If you wonder why USA is not in Afghanistan or Iraq anymore it is the US Congress. In cases of no clear national interest if you are the President you better hope for a short war where Congress does not have the President by the balls. Hence the quick wars with the Grenadas, Panamas of the world happen from time to time. At the end of the day there has to be a consensus in US Congress on open ended security commitments - NATO, South Korea, Japan, Australia, NZ, Israel, Saudi Arabia are the ones that come to mind. To the consternation of many PDF members India might added to this list.

On Ukraine most of us see a semi-decent country with all the right check boxes (European, White, Christian) wanting to stay independent of Russia. I do not consider Russia to be bad even though Putin is a thug. But I do not want to be fighting the Russians over the Baltics, Finland or Poland. I would rather bloody their noses in Ukraine. That is a lesson learnt from dealing with Stalins and Hitlers of the world.

Ok, now read that man, George Soros, talking as de facto American ruler:

He has not official job in USA state or politics.

Then why he talk that way? is he insane? can he influentiate in those things? how? how Wall St bankers power affects US politicians and state behavior?

What is a billionaire going to say ? Pretend he is humble and he has no say on public policy, Policy in USA is a shifting set of political interests. Policy is not static. It gets re-evaluated with time. It may not be fast enough for some. But it does get re-evaluated.

He can influence things. But to say he sets the policy does not make sense.. I read this
There is nothing illogical about he says. A fight with China is fraught with potential risks

And how a wall street banker influentiate USA politics? There is no public official information available about that.

But it happens, is it?

How can that happens in the "biggest democracy"? Who has voted George Soros and all others Wall St bankers elite?

In fact, nobody says that Soros or another AmericanJewish bankers set the policy, they dont waste time, all the burocrat work can be done by Biden, and the important decisions like wars and economic, it's when they "influentiate" to the "biggest democracy" and their will is done.
