Boundaries expand and contract during the history, it's quite natural, Mongols conquered the whole Euroasia, that's true, they still speak their language and still preserve their culture and they still have a country.

Manchus are not, no one speaks Manchu language, there's no Manchu culture left, there 's no Manchu government, Manchus are 100% same as Han Chinese.
Speaking Manchus are not Chinese is like saying Xianbei and Kitans were not Chinese, all those ancient peoples all merged into the Chinese nation forming this 1.4 billion population.
