Not really, India doesn't have enough money to buy 126 Rafale and Transfer of Technology in the original plan with France and so far they refused to meet your demands and more costs (triple expensive). France refused it, India now decide to accept minimum 20-30+ from France after 7-10 years negotiation.

You might want to look up India's defence budget and capital equipment procurement over the next decade and major suppliers, you might understand what clout it has. Even without the MMRCA numbers do you have the slightest clue of order book size with france?
