US an Arab allies begin airstrikes in Syria

Saudi Arabia should take the lead even with the 2nd strongest airforce in the ME , still hiding behind Americans skirt,

. .
Its time for Gulf countries to protect their interest without foreign intervention . Its tough job , but reality. Time for master to kill the sick dog.

.
Time to test Typhoon's stand off capabilities :butcher:

Time to test Typhoon's stand off atrack capabilities. How nice would it be if Bashar too was killed and his air force wiped out by 'mistake' :butcher:
they we'll end up with another US created failed state just like Libya and Iraq and still have a bunch of head chopping religious nutcases running riot, just under another US approved banner..

isis = fsa = al nusra = al qaeda = jihadi scum, they all need to die. :butcher:

I'm hoping that there have indeed been some back channel talks between the US with both Iran and Syria before this.

. .
there is no going back now , the Arab dictators and the west must win or this is going to be the end of all the regimes in the ME starting with Jordan and SA

there was some half hearted talk between West and Iran but it might not happen if Syrian regime is also being targeted in the name of war against ISIS.
I wont be surprised if the situation gets so much charged up that Iran is also chosen for targeting.
in the end west being dragged into Middle eastern infighting.

you forgot Bahrain and Qatar?
this was the job of the Arabs themselves what a shame that they were waiting for Americans to lead the way.
the terrorists will fade among the population
and the collateral deaths will hurt the west.. the Arab regimes wont lose any sleep over it but will let all the blame lie on America and Europe

Indeed, their own idiotic leaders helped ISIS to grow, such as Bandar bin Sultan 'The genius' as Arabs portrayed him for while it turned out he failed in Syria.

Now Qatar the funder of ISIS and some others are playing heroes with minimal participation. Anyway the more important is the bombing of ISIS.

I suspect there probably has been some back channel talks.

well, there were reports of Qasem Soleimani on the frontlines at Amerli, fighting alongside US SF but not sure what to believe, so much propaganda on both sides.

either way, arming the "rebels" will end up worse than their Afghanistan mujhadeen misadventure back in the 80s, some people never learn
