They have always been playing god after the exlosions in WW2 in hiroshima and nagasaki they think they are the creators of this world and also destroyers at their will.........
A few nuclear explosions in their own cities will make them feel like human...
absolutely agree, US has plenty of failings and its citizens are quite introspective but to obfuscate history like ashodeva has is beyond the pale.
whats beyond the pale is how you fail to look at the cold hard figures, dead bodies and coffins that the us has caused - this is obfuscation - just look at the figures.
The 80's when it did not seem to bother you!
- Knock Knock
- Who there?
- 80's
- 80's who
you are not really here to discuss things are you, just to deflect any legitimate and verifiable criticism of the US, hence the admission of defeat with this (non) response.
first, I've clearly accepted the US failings in foreign policies in some cases but protested this claim made in the article and specifically the broad brush that ashokadeva applied to the US. Second, pointing out hypocrisy of feigned outrage is hardly a non response. If the US had sanctions on India and roles get reversed where Pakistan is the beneficiary - you would signing praises of the US just like you guys did in the 80's. every time a cold start theory is brought into conversations I have seen you guys ( vocal majority here)profess your love for nuclear retaliation... so why the hypocrisy with the US? well I know why...but leave that debate to another day.
Now everything stated has been stated in my previous post- but if you still want to claim that is a non response, then more power to you. because my debate was with the indian poster.
ashok was essentially making the same point as me, and i believe agreeing with much of what i said, so there is not much distinction to be made there unless you cannot see beyond flags.
your post makes little sense, how can you make an equivalence between the very real deaths of tens of thousands versus rhetoric on a forum?
do you acknowledge and understand that the US has killed hundreds of thousands in the last decade, or not?[/
Not unlike what Pakistan did in Bangladesh or when it attacked India unprovoked ... look I'm done debating with you. My roots being Indian had me protesting an Indian who sounds like quite frankly - what you guys profess to as majority ( per polls) i.e. the bad US and its conspiracy to grab your nukes , to take over your lands , to kill as many Muslims etc etc. I enjoy these forums and don't want to push it debating you folks too much , if you really want to know why I'm walking away from engaging you.
yes, like what pakistan done in bangladesh which was regrettable and painful - i guess in your own somewhat backhanded and slightly cowardly way you just conceded that america has killed a hundred thousand + people/
but pakistan, unlike america has not repeated anything in cambodia, vietnam, afghanistan, pakistan, iraq and libya - and pakistan has not claimed to be the upholder of human rights, but still kill millions.
because that what you were saying, and once you are exposed you leave.
just as well.
you mean 4 tries at wars with India was not repetitious- just that the success rate was not achieved , if not 100,000 of Indians would be slaughtered.
you win I lose and no point have I hidden the fact of American foreign policy failures ( now repeated it in multiple posts - although you choose only cherry pick some of my views). I will continue debating if need be with Indians to maintain safety in my cowardice as you have eloquently stated .
