You have never learned from Vietnam, you have not learned from Afganistan and you have not learned from Iraq. these are the things that makes the rest of the world pity you for not learning but for not understanding what humanity is and what a real leader should do when a country in this planet is facing trouble. you should come to rescue not to kill half the population in the name of rescue and make the entire nation to go the stone ages.

absolutely agree, US has plenty of failings and its citizens are quite introspective but to obfuscate history like ashodeva has is beyond the pale.

You have to realize that, they are not coming forward to save the world, they are coming to take world resources to their shores and using other countries for their weapons experiment. Look at Japan, they bombed them twice with A-bombs, some say that brought end to the ww2. but had they used the same bomb on the sea of Japan to tell the Japanese that we have a big bomb that can kill many people than anyother bomb, so back off from the war. would that move saved more than 2 lak lives. and experimenting with bunker busters and carpet bombs in afgan and iraq

Your post is total bullcrap. US interventions in Korea, Vietnam, Somalia, Kosovo, Lebanon, Kuwait and so on and on were never about money or resources but exactly about crimes against humanity. Our interventions in Iraq and Afghanistan are about our own self-defense and not about money or resources. Open your eyes! The ones who are profiting are the nations who stand on the sidelines and watch as the USA gives the world its sons and daughters and goes into debt in the name of human rights.

it was attacked first unprovoked and when you attack a sleeping giant you get the full force of its might. Try and attack pakistan and they threaten nuclear escalation-
