I do not have a solution for 'painting all Western sources with the same brush' mentality TBH.
Shall WE boycott Western sources on PDF then?
Those explosions are what exactly? Can you elaborate? This is the problem of some tweets; amateurish take(s) of a development and fuel speculations instead of making things clear for general audience.
From the LINK I shared:
"A spokesman from the Israel Defense Forces said that what was left of the SA-5 missile landed around 19 miles from the Dimona nuclear facility, which is located approximately 125 miles south of the Syrian border.
Debris apparently from this missile came down in the village of Ashalim, located in the Negev desert in southern Israel, around 21 miles south of the city of Be’er Sheva. There were no reports of injuries or damage."
Another view of the same development:
"The army’s chief spokesman, Brig. Gen. Hidai Zilberman, was quoted as telling military correspondents that the Israeli air force was already operating in Syrian airspace when the anti-aircraft missile was fired. He said the projectile, identified as a Russian-made SA-5 missile, missed its target and exploded in southern Israel.
The missile, also known as an S200, set off air raid sirens in a village near Dimona, the southern desert town where Israel’s nuclear reactor is located, and some 300 kilometers (200 miles) south of Damascus.
“There was no intention of hitting the nuclear reactor in Dimona,” Zilberman was quoted as saying.
An Israeli missile-defense system tried but failed to intercept the incoming missile. Defense Minister Benny Gantz said the incident was under investigation."

Perhaps that Syrian SA-5 missile as well as unknown Israeli interceptors caused these explosions collectively?
I understand that these reports might not be satisfactory for some members but who is in the position to conduct independent Forensics in Israel? I suppose nobody.
If you have another source that sheds further light on this development then kindly share it. I will give it a FAIR look as well.
