Voting is a sequential process, one votes at time t1 followed by the second vote at time t2. The difference between both times is not 15 minutes.

Delta of 15 minutes implies 4 votes in an hour or 9x4=36 votes per booth per day ???

IS THIS CORRECT? the delta time is around a minute i suppose not 15 minutes.

15 minutes or more may be consumed by each voter !!!

Yaar if that is the case than 769(booths)*(4 votes per booth per hour)*9( total hours)= 27684 votes total possible today... this number has already been exceeded.
