Even if I were a Billionaire and some guy came up and offered another million bucks, no strings attached..I would readily take it.
People should keep their egos aside ..it free money ..though we don't need it..but hey if you are giving it out, guess we don't mind it.

Even before accusing india of talking about aid received by china,
u should check who said india is poor because it received Aid..
but when a proof is given that china also received aid,there are no comments from him...

Even the U.S took aid during Katrina and its the richest country in the world. China took a lot of aid during the Sichuan earthquake. However neither country actually takes large amounts of aid on a regular basis like India. That is actually the point.
