Credit to the Turks for really changing the landscape. Basically, the drone's shortcomings are its strengths. It's unmanned, so who cares about a high attrition-rate? Just keep using them against high-risk targets of interest -- the focus should be on lowering costs, simplifying production, etc.

In a way, this could be the elusive solution the PAF was looking for to take out enemy long-range SAMs.

Exactly. Who care if Pakistan has to deploy 10 UCAVs to take out one S-400 battery. The enemy SAMs have to be right 100% of the time, the drone only needs to be right once. This changes the whole equation. And it’s not like these drones are some dumb aerial vehicles, as was seen in the Azeri and Armenian war, these drones were taking out top of the line Russian air defense systems like the S-300 and Buks which India has, with ease.

The mind of most Pakistanis on this forum is programmed to think in a linear and uncritical manner. So, robotic and thoughtless answers are the norm. This unimaginative thought process can also be seen in its national planning were really idiotic and counterintuitive decision-making is prevalent.
