secondly your banking on miseries of flood victims for taunting against Pakistan is in poor light. If you had faced one such calamity you would also be seeking help that isnt begging around

Sorry there is a big difference and I clarified it many times.
1) Indian government does not ask for aid, Pakistani government does.
2) India's survival is not dependent on aid.
3) The aid is not given to the government and is given to private program.

This is the big difference.
If you ask for money for surivival that is begging and India also did it in past.
If money is donated without being asked, that donation. Any free money like that is good.

It is the same here, corruption, loot and official apathy. all these factors are very much present here in Pakistan so these factors in no way can be presented for hiding our own failure towards solving our issues.
