I would hardly call it an "embassy" in anything but name. There's no ambassador and not even a VISA office because Iran refuses to take back illegal immigrants.

Gohsen, the Queen has ZERO POWER. It's all theoretical. For example, she's the head of state in Canada, but she has ZERO power in actuality, but theoretically she's the so called head of state.

Our prime minister just called for an election and dissolved parliament. Technically it's the role of the governor general of Canada (Queen Elizabeth's representative) to dissolve parliament, but in reality the Prime Minister calls for an election and asks the gov. general to dissolve parliament to conform with tradition. In the news you read "PM Stephen Harper dissolves parliament and calls for an Oct. election." Nobody even mentions the fact that it was the gov. general that did it. That's how ceremonial it is.

There's diplomatic VISAs but no business or tourist ones. Sweden and Oman I think will still issue those.
Isn't there a law in Iran which says Iranian citizens forcibly expelled from another country cannot be taken back?
