Classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

As the almighty is the only creator surely he created that person. I know many persons will want to have an operation to get rid of the male parts and would want to live totally as women. When this is happening to you then who's fault is it.

Islam is a very flexible religion. It gives guidelines to follow and asks you to apply them with mercy. Example in murder case a life for a life but blood money and forgiveness are both encourages and allowed. Pork is haram but in extreme situations it's an obligation.to survive.
So just quoting the verses without application is irrelevant. That's why a progressive religion at inception has been hijacked by people with little or no understanding. Today almost all Muslims pray ask them the meaning of namaz. Check in your family how many know.
Remember empty vessels make the most noise. That's our Islam today HOW UNFORTUNATE

Two transgender persons, both natives of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), died on Tuesday after being subjected to torture allegedly by Saudi police in Riyadh for dressing up as women in public.

Thirty-five transgender people were arrested by a law enforcement agency for cross-dressing, which is a punishable offence in the kingdom.

A rest house was raided where a ‘Guru Chela Chalan’ gathering, a formal meeting of Khuwaja Sara in which they choose their Guru (leader) and Chelas (Students), was taking place.

Amna, 35, who belonged to the Mingora area of Swat and Meeno, 26, who was from Peshawar died in police custody. The police allegedly packed them in sacks and thrashed them with sticks in prison.

Colonel Fawaz bin Jameel alMaiman, the police’s media spokesperson in Riyadh, told a local news agency that the field-control management had the site under constant surveillance. Women’s clothing and jewellery were also recovered from the rest house.

He added that the 35 people inside had been apprehended.

“Majority of the arrested, belong to K-P and the others from other cities of Pakistan. Torturing humans after throwing them into bags and beating them with sticks is inhumane,” said Qamar Naseem, a transgender rights activist.

While 11 were released later after paying a fine of 150,000 riyals, 22 are still in police custody, Naseem added.

The suffering ended for these two after being physically tortured, however, the rest are still languishing in Saudi jails, he added.

”No one is there to save them as the life of a transgender is not of any value to anyone, not even for our own government,” he lamented.

Naseem said that the National Commission for Human Rights had been contacted and they are awaiting their response.

Forced out: People who are transgender decry police discrimination

Speaking to The Express Tribune, Farzana, a transgender person, said that if they were involved in any illegal activity the police should take them to court instead of thrashing them like animals.

”Ending someone’s life without a court ruling is in itself illegal,” Farzana said.

She claimed the kingdom would not even allow a transgender person to perform Hajj or Umrah.

The ‘Kabbah’ is not their property — it is god’s property and every Muslim has a right to visit, she added.

No Saudi ban on visas for transgender pilgrims: TAAP

In 2016, local media reported that the Saudi consul-general in Islamabad, in a notification issued to the Travel Agents Association of Pakistan (TAAP), warned against granting visas to transgender persons for Umrah pilgrimage.

This is some really screwed up stuff. As much as I dislike transgendered persons and consider them a nuisance to society I don't think they deserved to be tortured to death. Also who gave Police authority to take matters into their own hands? Shouldn't these people have been brought before a court of law to determine their punishment in accordance with local laws?

Btw this kind of problem isn't unique to Saudi Arabia. It exists in every Muslim country. Police and politicians are corrupt as hell. This is exactly why Westerners don't want large Muslim minorities within their countries.

Looool. Same scholars that banned DNA for rape. Same scholars that say a woman driving isn't permissible because the vibration will cause her not to get pregnant. Same scholars that declare jeans haram. Same scholars that say you can't fight the kuffar (Jews in Palestine) because we don't have a khalifa but when they are hit by shias in yemen they start fighting. Well just a minor problem in your analogy, 'Transgender' person is not a full male or a women , so none of the items you listed above apply to such folks

The statements which you qouted above apply to people who were born fully as a male or women

The statement about "impersonation" is more applicable to a person who was born healthy fully as a male or women , meaning the people were blessed as a complete male or complete women.

Transgender person , is not , can't even have functioanl families or have kids and always have identity crisis.

Obviously there is great amount of misunderstanding

Now denying someone access to religion or visitation to any holy place , would be bit harsh that is a bit border line Human Right violation, what if the Transgender person was indeed very religious (in their own religion which they choose to follow)

So what if some of these members were indeed religious what if they wanted to also follow religion , may be in afterlife they can be blessed with normal life

If some folks were created flawed may be there is something things we just can't understand the reason behind the creation

Very unfortunate and sad incident but transgender community should had known this unless they were transported/trafficked for prostitution. We need to highlight this issue with the Saudia government that why this hapand at the same time we need to educate our transgender community in advance about the culture and ethics of Saudia Arab for the holy pilgrimages.
