Were the PAF personal going around in Uniform ? or did they wear civilian clothing...i know that in India you are not supposed to publicly say your in the army..or at-least avoid it or show it of as much as possible...correct me if am wrong...

Wrong! There are no such restrictions in India except in designated areas that are considered unsafe like in a couple of border areas of Kashmir. But even here, security forces personnel go to town not singly but in a group of three or four. This is just a precaution in case some lame headed militant from across gets some funny ideas of blowing himself up in the market or has the itch to pull the trigger....
