I am not sure and correct me if I am wrong but I have read it somewhere, was Pakistan also part of this project or is it build by turkey solo?

And what about possible purchases in future will this plane be allowed for Pakistan to buy as other western products such as F-18 , F-35 , euro fighter and rafale are too expensive for Pakistan

No foreign involvement is reported so far except Rolls Royce partnership for engine development.

Turkey is only developer with technical help of Uk. There is not any other partner. Yes turkey woudl allow pakistan to buy but if rafale is expensive how can pakistan afford it since its planned to be 5th gen fighter which is it will be more expensive than 4th gens?

The major problem of Pakistan is that western countries usually impose sactions and restrictions on us time and time again. Otherwise we can fund one squadron very easily.

But western countries specially USA usually arm twist Pakistani government and military specially for spare parts (F-16 is example of them now this is the very reason we are getting spare parts of F-16 from turkey) for favours which we really don't want to give them ( such as comprise on our national security or nuclear weapons systems . So that was the very reason we developed JF-17 with joint venture with China . And currently this plane might also be an great alternative for Pakistani Air Force. PAF had been looking for new 5th generation birds to include in their arsenal since two years now .

Turkey is the last country on earth that put sanctions on pakistan. Like T-129 helicopter sale pakistan also can buy Tai TF-X fighter. And we can make off-shore deal.Pakistan produce some body parts or electronic part etc. This way plane will be much cheaper.

No, the TFX's inlet is much more canted down.

It also looks to be small and high aspect-ratio.

Even though the photo of the F-22 is taken from much higher angle than that of the TFX, the TFX's inlet seems to be tilted downwards. Or even if the video deceives my eyes, the inlets are small and very horizontal.

Yeah i understand what you mean now, maybe the upper edge is just longer towards the front, difficult to tell from the video.

Sad but true. Western powers never allow them to built their own defence industry. They will always spend their money to expensive weapons which they cant use against their real enemies .It is not risky (never become danger against Israel) but the milky way.
They are not rich but they find gas sources in mediterrenain sea and now spending too much on weapons for what?
Will they use against Turkey? With Israel, Greece,Syria we may have gas field problems but with Egypt we dont have.
They want problem between Egypt and Turkey Like they did between SA and Iran. And the perfect results for Western powers are ganing money and kaos between muslim countries.

If they spend a fraction of the money they spend on Western arms, they will have a world leading defence industry.

Imagine Akinci/YFYK with 8 guided bombs on patrol in the skies for 24 hrs at a time. I feel bad for the poor bastards who will be in the receiving end of those strikes.

I somehow remembered the bombs to be less around 60 kg, I guess I was wrong...
Well 4xbombs is a hard punch too
