Can be true, USA dont want a stable Syria, its target ensure the continuation of the war. People die and escape from their homes, historical places and homes will be destroyed, every sides will be weaken, When all conditions are ok for USA, they will apply their plan and nobody will say anything because of get tired of war conditions.
