I believe those Cobras belong to the Syrian Blue Berets, we are also receiving a lot of new vehicles so it would not surprise me that we can afford to donate a few Cobras to Syria and that is what we should do. If we want the pro Turkish forces to perform well they need the proper training and equipment. This also shows that we give importance to the Syrian people and that we treat them as we treat our own which is another tactic all in its self.

I don't like the blue uniforms too much but it looks like the afghan Police so that could also be a subliminal message to those who want to criticize this action "if others do it we can too".

I hope Turkey is building up a professionally Syrian trained military force, they can receive M-113s and M-48s maybe even some M-60s as well as other equipment.

Proxy wars, this shows how strong Turkey is by equipming groups that fight for us and our benefits. But before giving expensive/high tech equipments to those groups, we must be sure that they are well trained. otherwise it would be waste of money

Our idiotic government and intelligence services giving poorly trained, unreliable, non official groups remote weapon equipped Otokar Cobras while our soldiers get blown up at home riding around in Ford Transits and Buses.

Those are brand new even our security forces are getting it recently.

This is like giving Altay Tank to FSA units.(Cobra 2 is high-quality armored vehicle)

I guess you dont want to see it or still have false hope.
There is so much we did wrong and so much we have to do right but what good is it when get all hyped up when nothing will ever come out of it?
Remember,Manbij should have been left by the YPG(the US,Kerry came and promissed it) and we should take over,what happened?
Nada,nothing.
Same will happen now,the YPG gets autonomy,the SAA with the help of Iranian militias and Russian air support will clean the rest.
The little what we have will be a small bargaining chip for Erdogan to make it look like he achieved something,thats it,dont expect anything more.
