I just checked, nearly 128 million people visied China in 2014. This is not the problem, the point is, if you are a tourist planning a trip for Turkey, and you happen to read this news, will you keep on your travel without any worries? I guess no.

Turks don't care about their own terrorist government's destruction of Syria and Iraq, but are concerned about Uygurs. For the love of God, where is the moral consistency here? This kind of thing can't happen again. The thing with Asian tourists is that they hear about one incident, and don't go there for a long time anymore. Like the MERS-virus in Korea, which really hasn't killed anybody to my knowledge. Or protests in Hong Kong, mainland visits plummeted. I know Asian tourists are a small percentage of Turkey's tourism industry, but still, you don't want to be known as a people that's violent against visitors.
