Otokar General Manager Serdar Görgüç gave information to the AA reporter about the company's efforts for the Tulpar armored tracked vehicle, which stands out with its high firepower and modular structure, and the amphibious armored tracked vehicle Tulpar-S.

Stating that Tulpar was designed in line with the needs of today's infantry and commando units, Görgüç said that the vehicle was developed in line with the users' need to use a single platform for different missions.

Görgüç stated that light tank, armored combat vehicle, armored personnel carrier, reconnaissance vehicle, command control vehicle, air defense vehicle, ambulance, maintenance and rescue vehicle, mortar vehicle, engine vehicle and other derivative vehicle configurations can be put into use.

Expressing that Tulpar's tests were completed in the harshest climatic conditions and heavy terrain conditions and the vehicle was qualified, Görgüç continued his words as follows: "Our Tulpar armored combat vehicle successfully completed the firing tests in Şereflikoçhisar in August last year. The need for such vehicles has been increasing recently. Tulpar is capable of responding to the needs of different countries in terms of both technical skills and cost. Tulpar is ready for mass production, and we follow the current needs and purchases in the world. The modular design approach enables the use of common body structure and common subsystems for different configurations."

Serdar Görgüç also gave information about the medium-class tank solution they developed with the Tulpar platform.

ASELSAN Anti-Tank Missile Launching System is a versatile defensive and offensive weapon system that provides high effectivity against ground targets in day/night and adverse weather conditions thanks to its computer controlled fire control subsystem designed to limit the operator’s task.

It is a remotely controlled and stabilized Weapon Platform carrying 2/4 Anti-Tank Guided Missiles. The Weapon Platform can be customized in order to carry the amount of missiles required by the customer. Alongside with 2/4 Anti-Tank Guided missiles, the System can be configured to carry 12.7 or/and 7.62 mm machine gun for self-protection.

The System is light weight, low volume and suitable for integration with a variety of existing or new armoured high mobility fighting vehicles, considerably upgrading their lethality. It allows the system to be operated from inside the vehicle with a high degree of precision to protect the gunner or/and commander from being exposed.
