Headscarves are not an arab thing.My grandmothers wear headscarves since i've known them and so do other women in my country,especially the elderly,as per traditions.

She wants to make Turkey an Islamic state , while she is - a woman and holds a high position in secular Turkey.
If she is a true believer, a Muslim woman - she should say that faith does not allow her to occupy a high position . And defiantly resign .
And if she does not want to make Turkey a Muslim state - she should not show her faith at work.

@xenon54 That's why I believe that seculars of Turkey need to watch islamists acts very carefully. If you want to keep your secular government and do not want it to change to an islamic one, you may need to do some actions to stop islamists acts and goals.
