Turkey has a weird defence policy. No way Russians will sell Turks S-400 without downgrading. Russians always sell Monkey Versions of their weapons to foreign countries.

No Cyprus bought it and after we threatened them they were moved to Greece. They are also not integrated into NATO systems. Similar to what we would have if we buy Chinese or Russian.

Sorry but I call BS on this news. Not gonna happen, the ME situation atm doesn't leave room for this kind of deals. Seeing as how the failure in coordination between Turkey and Russia has led to casualties on turkish side, and the reaction being pretty mute from what I can tell. The climate is nowhere near making arms deals with Russia.
