No well that is BS. Iran has top plastic surgeon why would they go to Turkey. In Iran it is also cheap.

Every year thousands of patients from Europe and ME come to Turkiye for plastic surgery. I have read that our doctors are very good at plastic surgery. Even there is a technic named Turkish Delight for nose surgery.

Alot of Iranian women like small noses.
I mean I met Iranian women with very small noses but they still want to make them smaller.

I always say to people you can have surgery but what are you gonna do with your DNA.
I am happy the way I am. I dont give the slightest **** what anyone would think.
People need to be happy about the way they are.
