SIPRI says otherwise : China has bought 1.3 billion + dollars worth of weapons from Russia in 2018. Meanwhile Russia bought a big fat ZERO worth of weapons from China. And, did I mention, 2018 (last recorded year in SIPRI database) was the year when the purchase was highest. Infact, since 2010 the imports have only grown.
