Turkey have not broken any agreement. Sweden wants to join Nato, Turkey as a Nato member can veto it and have done so.

No, Turkey has not vetoed anything. It has simply not voted for it in the parliament.
Turkey and Sweden/Finland agreed on conditions in the tri-party agreement. Erdogan is continuously misrepresenting the agreement, and demands things which is not in the agreement.
That will be looked as breaking the agreement.

Finally, this is what the NATO treaty says.

I believe that Sweden and Finland has been invited already.
The ratification process used does not seem to be neccessary according to the charter. I bet lawyers can have a field day with this.

You are comparing:
* Not taking action against a third party which has the legal right to demonstrate.
That supports the third partys Freedom of Speech
* Stopping someone from misrepresenting You.
You protect your own Freedom of Speech.

Did the political party who is burning the Quran outside the Turkish embassy call this their freedom to Express? Answer Yes

So when one of their members who expressed degrading comments on a jewish woman called Anne frank not using their "freedom to express" ? Answer Yes they were using their so called freedom

Hah exactly! They're like sharks and vultures. They smell blood and weakness and they rush. They will ask for a lot,where they have no say,just to get something. And when they get something,they demand even more.

I just read the weakness part after I mentioned it too. There's a nice paragraph about this at Andreas Mourtos' book "Turkey,the uniform-wearing nation". Old book,hard to find,but still good.

Erdogan and his gang can easily go back on their word and ask for more,even if Sweden agrees to their demand.
