trump Freezes All Military Aid To Pakistan

The last of the Mohicans aka US stooges started vanishing in the 1990s thanks to the US sanctions. People like Mushy tolerated US due to "strategic requirement". I still believe that putting sanctions on Pakistan in the 1990s was the biggest strategic blunder of the US foreign and military policy. And US has and will continue to have strategic losses in their region due to this blunder.

The people in US security establishment making such retarded decisions should have been thrown in the well for their such retards.
If Pak won't budge then what next for Trump? They not in Position to wage Iraq style war on even sanction.
I feel they feeling heat in Afghanistan with losing territory to opposition pressure is too much on them plus loosing pak is iceing on the cake.

Cut off the NATO supply and choke these f**kers.
This should be last card not first.

Aid is not an issue for both sides. Trump's real cards are the overseas businesses, assets, stocks of dollars which our politicians, generals have in US, Panama, Dubai, Switzerland. As long as this weakness is there, Americans can easily blackmail our policy makers!

This is the last card. We have been humilated in front of the world and US has spat on the graves of thousands of dead Pakistanis.

Either pay for the airspace or f**king close the supply line.

Also time to do ICBM test. Hopefully all US bases in Afghanistan have beeen locked on. No more humiliation.

@BHarwana will things look good or bad
The American Aid package is designed into different segments to Pakistan. What was being talked here was defense department aid and state department aid. So the effects will be divided into 2 parts.

First of all this is not aid this is a deal under which Pakistan gets money and in return provided USA assistance on certain issues.

1. state department Aid.

This Aid has declined to great extend from it's peak in the time of 9/11. This was more of an institutional aid so this will have least effects and is of very little amount.

2. Defense department Aid.

This Aid was being provided for weapons and their spare parts like F-16 and AH-cobra Helicopters of Pakistan.

Now Pakistan is not in business of buying any more F-16 from USA so Pakistan don't need any subsidy on those weapons. Helicopters like AH-cobra will be switched to Turkish Helicopters.

Only thing that will be effected is that spare parts of F-16 and AH-cobra will become expensive and will no more be subsidized any more.

Yes the missiles and bombs for F-16 and P-3 orion spare parts will become expensive. Plus we will have to buy Harpoon missile and parts on market rates.

@Divergent so you your self decide what difference it will make.

If USA would have sanctioned the military equipment in that case Pakistan has the R&D to manufacture the spare parts locally for both military vehicles F-16 and AH-cobra but USA was smart not to do that. This is why USA has very less leverage now.

You make it so easy to understand, I don’t know the whole F-16 side of PDF, it’s so alien to me lol. But you’ve simplified the explanation. Thank you :)

Pakistan's response should be two pronged:

1. Cut off supply line temporarily and give reason that the toll rate is being revised. Reopen lines in two weeks or so with 500% toll tax.

2. Test ICBM... but say that the test was planned many months ago.

That would surely put the cat amongst the pigeons.

This should be last card not first.

A few things to note:

-The US security administration has an "attitude" issue. It has for a very long time treated people and allied nations with disrespect and disdain. Pakistan is a perfect example of this. Now, if US would have treated Pakistan differently, Pakistan would have been US's number one strategic ally in the region, and the US would by now have been in an unassailable leadership position in this region, and would have checked mated China, Russia and Central Asia. But due to this "attitude" they have lost a 'Strategic Ally'.

-The core issue is of the US private army which US wants to go to A-stan. The main targets are China, Central Asia and eventually Russia. And Pakistan doesn't want this because it knows perfectly well the US cannot be trusted. And once the private army is finished with their main targets, they will turn their guns on Pakistan.

State is bigger than individuals.
I am not talking about individuals, they are a whole class, privileged elitist class of Pakistan with their network of rich elite, upper class,...,...,...

The sewerage will not be easy for money addicts in Pakistan High Sphere. But at least it will push Pakistani to work more harder for independence in military hardware, in civilian industies... with the help of true friends

You know a market of more than 200 millions people is not small market one, and there are lot of opportunities... So GO Pakistani Patriots, catch this opportunity...

Oh man how long we would have to make fools of our selves.

This is not about treatment, this is not about Terrorism, This is not about being an ally.

This is about shifting to Yuan and Not helping USA topple Irani gov in protests and Jerusalem vote because look at the timing of every thing. There is nothing in the world as coincidence. Every thing happens for a reason.

Dude, I was probably the first one here to present the idea of US sanctions due to Pakistan adopting Yuan. But The picture frame is MUCH bigger, and yes Yuan is one small portion of this big picture. Thus you need to have a Holistic overview of what is going on.

I take it you are not familiar with the F16 debacle of the 90's?

Old F16 especially the Blk 15 don't require their nose poking its only the latest Blks of the plane that needs their nose poking. same goes for the Cobra's they are now old and Pakistan can mod them as they wish.
