And Iran shamelessly supported that regime in its persecution of sunnis even that regime was brought in by USA.

ISIS is also a terrorist organisation but the fact is that Iraq's govt is 100% responsible for its creation. They created the environment conducive to its creation since they were playing the role their master wanted them to and mullah's of iran supported them in creating that turmoil. When Saddam was in power, there were no such issues.

Cool minds and a bit subdued egos will go a long way in solving the issues peacefully and bright future for all of us except for our enemies. I was born sunni but I have nothing against shias despite my differences. I rather look at them as brothers in faith despite fringe differences. At least we believe in the same fundamentals i.e. one Allah, Rasool and the Book i.e. Holy Quran.

However both sunni and shia are suffering because we have politicians who have their ulterior own motives and mullahs on both sides. Some of them are playing in the hands of our enemies knowingly or unknowingly. The people should take initiatives to build the bridges.
