No Horus,if the reason for the crash isn't determined,its not fair to blame the aircraft. Mirages may be old,doesn't mean that they are junk. The crash could've been due to any reason,human error or weather or bird strike or anything else. One should atleast wait for the investigation to be complete and the actual reason for the crash to come out,before blaming the instrument.
