This is one rare time that I have to agree with you. Be it for the Americans or the Indians, the ISI's support for terror camps both in the heart of PAK and in Afg will always be a thorn.

So it cool its also an acceptance that cia and raw combined efforts are required to handle our ISI.

Long live the defenders of pakistan:pakistan:

Whatever helps you sleep at night sweetheart. Go back to your shell if your that naive then god help your people.

Unfortunately for you, though our present day boundaries were carved out of the same land and people, this day we stand poles apart. You simply cannot compare. We have always had excellent far-sighted leaders, while yours simply reacted in a knee-jerk fashion to every problem. We worked with what we got, you squandered all your chances. The results are there for everyone to see. Like I said, you simply cannot compare!

neither were we same land or the ''same people'' so spare me with those tree-hugger sissy type posts...your ''far-sighted'' leaders have contributed towards the general hostile atmosphere and that is why many of your previous leaders themselves were often ridiculed and laughing stock. . . ours werent much different, to be honest. You do have your manmohan singh, who i think is intelligent and has respectable credentials.

the funny thing is, the way you are talking --you make it seem like you are very content with your leadership....i wonder then why your countrymen are always b*tching about the haal of your leaders and the ills of your own in your society (behind closed doors, when Pakistanis arent listening -of course )

Oh, you want to take the "superior race" theory of Pakistani origin, be my guest. If it werent for the INC and leaders like Gandhi, Nehru, Patel, Azad etc among others, India wouldnt have got independence, and Pakistan would never have seen the light of the day. So no matter how much you want to change your history to suit your 'superior' ideology, the fact remains that Pakistan was carved out of the political entity that was British India or if you go further back, ancient India. Period.

And as for Indians bickering about politicians, of course we do. That's what democracy is all about! This is what is called public discourse and 'accountability' and taking politicians to task. With the advent of modern technology, the awareness is more widespread, which is good for Indians.

But hey, what would you know about accountability, right? Half of your existence, you have been under military dictatorships, with no accountability for their follies - including losing a big chunk of your land!! The other half has been literally flirting with democracy - with again the Army calling the shots - with no accountability!

Oh, public discourses are not behind closed doors. You have witnessed our open political bickering on these very forums. We earned those rights, written in stone in our Constitution and we know to exercise those rights.

Ahem, that should be counted as one of the top ten gaffes of Biden.

Gambit explains it much better
Biden has a history of shooting off his mouth with comments that can quickly be (mis)construed by the public. In this latest gaff, TECHNICALLY speaking, Biden is quite correct, not 100%, but just enough that the White House can spin enough to cover for this idiocy in speech. Biden is not stupid but neither is he an intellectual powerhouse. Personally, I doubt that he is as smart as Obama or even B43, or at best his intellect is comparable to B43, but certainly is far less than B41. Biden's gaffs are to the point where Obama will only just rolled his eyes and regret the day he picked this brute for VP.

something that doesnt suits your Pov becomes lame? How convenient! and Biden is Vice President and he is way above that senator in term of rank who says we should Cut ties with ISI.

But why indians should listen to Vice president when they are happy with lower rank people praising india.

Wrong. Biden the VP, forms the Executive part of the Govt. The Senator forms the Legislative part of the Govt. Two different independent branches of a functioning democracy (the third being the Judiciary). No one is above or below in rankings!

Oh, btw that's his personal gaffe, unlike the voice of a senator which is heard in the Senate.

haves and have nots...

oh by the way Pakistan got independence before hindustan did

LMAO @ ''ancient india''

india wasnt even a country until 1947

no actually the Army was forced to step in due to incompetent 'governance' which led the country astray....looking to today, things are obviously much more different and despite the flaws in the system - there is more semblance of political ''maturity'' despite politicians being only politicians --doing what they do best -- being politicians.

. .
Funny that you mention this, considering that Pakistan's ISI is a major contributor for the present state of affairs!!

Its not our fault that our Indian friends have chosen to delude in conspiracy theories. It is not Pakistan's fault that ISI is only a very small part of the present state of affairs, she is only acting to defend the interests of Pakistan. Besides, its laughable being lectured by an Indian considering when i take India's past record into consideration. Armed intervention in smaller nations just to preserve your rights, thats just sad.

What are you on about?
who said anything about superior race?
Abu Zolfiqar said we were different people, and you somehow got "superior race" from that?
You really should go back to school and learn how to read properly.

Pakistan was built on the fact that Muslims were different from Hindus.
This is undeniable.
And since Pakistan only got Muslim majority lands, why are you people still crying about this?

Time to side with India to cut off ISI: US Senator

WASHINGTON: Contending that US relationship with Pakistan had reached a dead end, an American lawmaker has said there was a sense among Congressmen that time had come to "side" with India to "cut off the ISI".

Senator Mark Kirk said at a discussion forum by prestigious Washington-based think tank, Foreign Policy Initiative, that a US-India tie-up was ISI's "horror story" but time had come for it to evolve.

"You know, Yogi Bear said when you reach a fork in the road, take it. I think we hit the fork in the road in August and September between the United States and Pakistan. We saw a large truck bomb assembled, lit off next to a US base, 77 US casualties," Kirk said.

In recent times US' ties with Pakistan, a key ally in the region, have plunged to an all-time low following a series of incidents over the year, including the killing of two people by a CIA contractor, the Abbottabad raid, and finally the NATO airstrike that killed 24 Pakistani soldiers.

"My sense of the Senate and probably the House is we're ready to take that fork in the road. We're ready to side with India, to cut off the ISI," the Illinois Senator said.

"It appears to me the Pakistani horror story of us siding with India should now evolve. Pakistan has decided we're leaving. Pakistan has decided that they can cripple the civilian government," he said.

The United States, he said, needs a stable party in the region who has a status quo pro-civilian anti-terror interest, which is India.

"And in many ways, this is the ISI horror story, but I would say they picked this, and we should now arrange that fate for them," he said in response to a question.

Kirk urged General Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, to play what he called "hard ball" with Pakistan.

"Get in with the Indian Intelligence Service, the Indian Chief of Staff, bring Indian, not just economic but military assistance on line, and build some long relationships so that in the mid-presidential term next time, the 2014 time frame, you have a steady partner with new money coming on the table that can send an important signal to Afghanistan," Kirk said.

Appearing on the same discussion forum, Congressman Adam Kinzinger, noted that in many cases, actors react more favourably when you are willing to use the stick as a way to get your will done.

"I think as a nation, we have to begin exploring more of those options. How to be a little more difficult, how to be a little harder, how to hold the Pakistanis a little more accountable," he said.

Its quite amazing that you don't call Pak the slave of US.
1. US ordered Pak to cooperate in WoT.
2. US ordered Pak to give its territory for US base.
3. Pak begging money from US all the time.
4. US does the unilateral operation. Obviously the slave can't say anything to the master.
5. US NATO kills Pak armymen. Obviously the slave can't say anything to the master.
6. US killed 40000 Pakistanis. Obviously the slave can't say anything to the master.

what more proofs of being a slave are you looking for dear?

.
US + India tie up = horror story for Pakistan..

Pakistan + Russia + China tie up = end of US war game in Afghanistan + Central Asia and end of Indian dreams in Central Asia as they will become the outcast welcoming the colonials once again. As India and Indians have reach an obsession to be colonized to prove themselves superior to their neighbors, never in the history of mankind had there been a country so desperate to be ruled by white skin.

Begging money, may be you have not calculated the facts yet...80bn lost in taxation and customs revenue against 10bn of bogus aid to keep corrupt tycoon like Zardari in power.

US NATO kills Pak armymen. Obviously the slave can't say anything to the master.

The tone of this article tells that the rebellion is hurting more than anything..btw this slave master thing is an indian mentality..they love to be enslaved by white man, they are desperate for it..once the British packed up their colonial empire, all the Indian colgermates took their fortunes to london...in an epic tale of loyality to white man slavery..that is a historical face.

US killed 40000 Pakistanis. Obviously the slave can't say anything to the master.

The same can be applied to India as well...just look how India has become the guinea pig of western bio-medical companies from human testing to agricultural experiments..few days ago we had a thread on PDF about Indians being used as test pigs for medicine..and there had been news about US company providing GMO seeds to Indian farmers which are driving them into suicide.

But the white skin has been ruling you from last 64 years my friend. They are not only ruling you but they are killing you as well. Also they are paying you for killing you. How does India come into this ruling thing?
