Incident ? They've rolled tanks over innocents. An epic reminder that while the US isn't an angel but it's still the world hegemon humanity needs.God forbid a Chinese/Russian hegemony, barbarity and human abuse would damn us all, humanity would be doomed.I've said it always, and i'll say it again, only the retards and the dimwitted wish for the US and the Western world to colapse as it will mean the end of civilisation as we know it.

I take this you are talking about the infamous tank man, correct? The famous photograph of the tank man standing in front of a tank. Somehow Western media spun that story to their own flavor and now we have people such as yourself believing that "they've rolled tanks over innocents".

Here is the actual video of the famous 'tank man' being 'rolled over'. Warning: VERY GRAPHIC

As you can see here, the man walks directly in the path of a line of oncoming tanks. The tank attempts to avoid the man and steers to the side, but to no prevail as the tank man quickly blocks the path. In the end, the tank man is escorted away by bystanders. If you are watching the video waiting to see the man get 'rolled over' by the tank, then you will be disappointed.

Because your entire assumption regarding China is based on proven false pretexts and grossly misleading/false propaganda, everything else you said is hogwash.

This young man should be remembered for he was the person to declare the martial law and just died the same day 2 decades later.
No other people dare to do the thing but he did it.

So,no protester was killed on that day ?

I'm honestly curious. Why would a sound minded individual defend a dictatorshipp if he isn't paid ? Like China today,it's not like those ruling you are your brothers, they're just a clique having life and death powers over 1.3 billion. You can't love them, admire them, you're not free, you're slaves to them. So,clearly, this is not love,it's not partiotism as China could be great even without 1.3 billion being enslaved to a ruling class polluting the country to death. literally and methaphorically.I can only logically deduce that "mucho" remingbis" are at stake.

You did not live in China decades back and you do not know the real situations then.

Well, yes,China had some rough years in the 19th century-early 20th,but it was always a force. My feeling is that it would be a force even if it would be a democracy, even more thanit is today.Truth be told ,it is China's destiny to be a superpower,i just think you would be more advanced without the CCP's leash.-and i mean it for those 1.3 billion.Come on...scavenging technology? Recycling Russkie engines ? You guys are better than that....imagine free trade, imagine China as a democracy....Hong Kong on stereoids !

I won't argue democracy, but before I go on, HK is the way it is because hundreds of billions of cash flow in and out of HK from China and into China. That's why HK is rich. China doesn't have a relationship with anyone like that. Nor is anyone big enough to do that. HK wasn't all that in 97, for all those that remember.

Just one question, let's say China is democratic today, how would it be different in your view, in terms of foreign policy, since internal policies matter very little to you as a foreigner.

Uncle Sam destroyed Saddam(many years ago he still was an ally of American),and nowadays Iraq people can breath free air and join ISIS as their own will, one point for democracy and free west!
The world is real, it is not dominate by god of democracy and god of dictatorship, wake up man. Freedom of thought need good education(can a illiterate understand “surplus value?” ), human rights need money(food is manufacturing by human, not god ),and democracy is a joke,
World is dominate by engineers, engineers design product, and the rest only can choose the existing products. Oh! of cause, guiding by advertisements instead of TRUE performance

We do have a complicate feeling regarding this issue..
If they did not do it, China may be like USSR countries without the high economy growth but political chaos.

Yet in 1980s, people had very high expectancy and support on the CCP government, wishing it to lead China out of poverty and political chaos.
Economy and political reform goes well, supported by people of all class.
Yet after Tiananmen square issue, the political reform was ceased.
CCP focus only on economy only.
Now people only knows money...

Good thing they did. A few hundred students for 26 years of high economic growth.

And seriously, we are controlled by capital. Marxism is difficult as other advanced science, I hope every free fighters can read about Das Kapital
