Theoretically "Yes" Practically "No". Muslim Boys are allowed to marry any one (even Inrtercast). While Muslim girls are only allowed to marry any Muslim boy, They are free only if the boy are muslim...

I find it weird when members over here say, muslim man/woman should not marry a non-muslim woman/man unless she/he converts.
y dont u convert him/her before falling in love?
