Entire Muslim population of West Bengal is about 23 million and in NE states there is a few more millions of Bengali Muslims, so this 30 million figure is probably the sum total of all Bengali Muslims in India. They are declaring all of them as illegal Bangladeshi migrants. Interesting. It is probably because they want to strip them of voting rights or if all else fails they will demand land from Bangladesh to house these people. When a judge says stuff like that, it shows the level of rot and delusion in a country like India.
