The Untold story of Pakistan's Communist Movement.

but the case we are discussing above in the thread is a clear cut violation of the law. hence police acted in compliance to the court orders to force out illegal occupants !

Peasants fight-back

On the 12th night at 3 am SP Shafiullah from Dir attacked the house of Mobeen Hajjam near the village of Shakoor in Northern Hashtnagar on the instigation of Nadir Khan (a powerful landlord). The entire family, women and children, were thrown out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night and rendered utterly homeless. This lead to an armed conflict between the Mazdoor Kissan Party and supporters of the landlord in which three are dead and four badly injured. The police filed an FIR against Afzal Khamosh the peasant leader of the Mazdoor Kissan Party. Peasants got together in huge amounts and went to Nadir Khan's house. He or his family were not present. Peasants broke his house down completely and carried away the malba (bricks and mortar). They rebuilt the house of Mobeen Hajjam with the bricks and mortar they took from Nadir Khan's house in one day of collective labour. All his landed property has been distributed into poor peasants.

@Azlan Haider out of curiosity, does use of fire arms have to do anything being a comrade? I am asking this because in video it seems like there is focus on fire arms.

govt has got nothing to do with their criminal and unlawful occupation of someone's land

That is not true ,
Might is Right
the KPK police is siding with the influential "Khaanan" ,
You know our system , dont you ?

Hashtnagar is a symbol of militant left
Fire arms has more to do with Pakhtun culture than anything else

what rights tenants have on someone's land?

p.s. yes the govt should facilitate or rehabilitate them elsewhere on govt land. but what they are doing is unlawful.

Are you trying to justify murders ? three peasants have been killed

Who challenged the writ of civil law of Pakistan. hence unfortunate but legally justified !

It was the land owner and his men who killed the peasants , not the police . How is it legally justified ?
