But in all the long report it does mention that there is something remarkable and exceptional about Pakistan Army that while we can find faults we must also take pride in PA. As a institution it has remained highly disciplined, integrated and cohesive. In addition it does a marvelous job of bring men [women] from all walks of like, all ethnic groups, religious schisms and creates one unifying entity. That as the report makes clear is remarkable and quite unlike other countries like Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan etc

In that sense it is the primary nation building institution in Pakistan and underpins the state.

Actually Paf war college is much better than boyh PN and PA and its my personal experience.
I give u example :
An officer does basic staff course after 2 3 years of commision then he go for junior command and staff college at rank of Flight Lieutenant which is mostly tactical and officer gets another graduation degree in war studies after that the officer goes for Senior command and Staff course which is in 2 phases i.e at home and 4 months at war college after officer reaches rank of wing commander, This course is equivalent of Staff college queetta course maters in war studies degree is awarded now the real game changer is War course in strategic studies at paf war college which is 1 year long after an officer reaches rank of group captain and only cream of paf does that course. Masters of strategic studies degree is awarded. At air commodore level officer goes to NDU again for strategic studies and this is important course to reach at rank of 2 3 or 4 star . and mind it they are separate from forigen courses etc .
I closely studied all 3 services and this is my conclusion.

What changing, for 9 years I haven't seen any change. The last cricket team visiting Pakistan was Sri Lanka in 2008. All yr cricket matches are held in foreign countries that is UAE,UK and the last one was in Zimbabwe. Well U have to pay them for using their stadiums. What about food, accommodation, travelling and other expenses there is no free lunch plus u have to bear the expenses for maintain the stadiums in Pakistan(running cost). About PSL,it is actually is DSL (Dubai Super League). All the matches are played in Dubai except final.

And for F 16's yes it was a poor decision by acm tanvir who did other wrongs in paf as well

According to SATP, India has lost more people due to terrorist violence in this year than Pakistan. It's more about Pakistan's image, which despite all positive efforts is largely negative, if only we weren't 'moslems' and an 'islamic' republic , things would be better.

This is a study by an american officer who attended command and staff college and also interviewed many american officers that attended till 2016.

Military can develop a department whos sole job is to bring innovation out of the box thinking and strategic planning in Army ( put best crack heads , lazy , nut jobs )
They act as Enemy and try to point out flaws in military missions and in Army strategy

Any valid source, link to prove that India has lost more ppl due to terrorist violence this year. What about previous years,were you ahead of us. Lastly What efforts Pakistan has taken to improve its image. Pakistan is getting more and more isoslated.
