For extremely weak and defenseless air-forces, put USAF against RUAF and PLAAF then the result will be different

Iraqi Air Force was far from extremely weak and defenseless in 1991. Soviet experts had predicted 30,000 American casualties in the Persian Gulf War and we know what happened.

USAF is far more resourceful and combat capable than any other in the world. Americans pilots also tend to have greater experience of operating in hostile environments and conditions on average.

RuAF and PLAAF look good on paper but they lack in experience, technology and resourcefulness to compete with USAF. The effectiveness of an Air Force no longer depends on the performance of some good fighter jets and pilots but on the capability of units to cooperate and share information with each other and act as a team and the resourcefulness of assets that come into play during combat operations. Just do some research on USAF Space Command. It will open your eyes.

I don't agree with you sir, we don't know real capabilities of RuAF and PLAAF yes they lack experience because those countries are peaceful and yes USAF have a experience because their colonial mindset of US
