Take your fight to Pakistan. Karzai.

Somewhere karazai is feeling happy he is being discussed for 13 pages in his name.
C'mon you guys you take karazi serious?

Maybe it was just a publicity stunt.

But I think the situation is more serious than that. All this exceeds mere comments made by some inept president.
There is a growing trend in the region to blame any security failure, any failure to control insurgency and any radical movement on Pakistan and its military establishment.

This is something we need to stop and take appropriate action, whether diplomatic or not.

Ending co-operation with Afghanistan today will leave them without access to a port. Millions of refugees in Pakistan will be sent back and their welfare will be the sole responsibility of the Afghan government. Let them go to India for help. Let India pay for expensive trade-routes all the way around Pakistan.

We have done a lot for them already and its time they take resposibility for their country without any further assistance from Pakistan.

Well, why is it like this?? How is the so called military establishment involved with insurgency and radical movements?

The ISI has been involved with the Mujahideen against the Soviets with full support from the US. We recognized the Taliban government along with other countries, but I'm not sure that our security establishment is supporting Taliban or any other faction.

But a previous involvement still seems to be used as an excuse for others to blame the Pak Army and the ISI. If we had been supporting the Taliban in Afghanistan, then the US would have been out much sooner.

Anyways, this is just my opinion. Can be wrong or right. :coffee:
