Why bend the rules? If its clearly stated that only Indians or Indian origin people are eligible for the seat why have our FM gone out of law to reserve a seat for a non Indian. We need to look after our own people first . Now an Indian student will hv to bear the consequences.. Rules are rules.. No one is above the law..

But if no Indian was subsided to make way for her like extra seat added then its fine with me.. She is deserving enough..

This creates a bad precedence... may be govt can relax rule for these people to appear in entrance exam. 91 percent is not big deal, you cant get medical seat with 91 percent.

and seek refuge in India -- to save their life ; property and honour

what would satisfy me is to bring a law that can give rights to people under similar circumstances.. this is not a rule of kings and queens where you can go to their darbar and cry, and king will throw his golden mala at you..
change the law so that everybody can benefit.. what has her parent's qualification got to do with any of these, why is it even important... will you say same for a child of am MP..(should get priority in being MP) this is why I said its a difficult concept to grasp...

What were you doing differently?

The Hindu population is growing in Pakistan as per a survey report. Have you ever been to interior Sindh. You will get your answer.

The difference is that you do not have to hunt high and low to find evidence of the vibrant presence of OUR minorities. Irfan is our IT head, Ashfaq Hussain teaches family law, and the VC is a very well-known AMU grad., who is regularly consulted by the central government. There is a Dargah (Shah Meer) and two mosques in the vicinity. There is a temple being built some distance away. Oh, there are two churches as well.

Good for Hindus.

Good for Muslims as well. More and more numbers of Muslims are hitting the headlines for getting IAS positions. Guess where they are from?

The only thing i dont like about this case is that she is complaining about the alloted seat in Karnataka as she thinks Karnataka has different culture and language.This may be somewhat true but since she is in india she should explore all of india, not just stay in Jaipur.

As I said before you are ignorant of any reality. For your information all the big posts in Interior Sindh where they are concentrated they hold major posts. They are lawyers , Doctors (Some of my Professors not one but many were hindus). Even our supreme court chief justice (justice Bhagwan Daas) was a hindu. Please come out of that imaginary world created by your biased hindu leaders against Pakistan in which every Muslim hates every other person of other religions.
