Atleast the common sense should prevail. When you are giving a different board exam and passing it and then applying for a seat. Everywhere you have to fulfill the pre-requisites. Getting 91% is not a big issue. But atleast the parents who as per article are doctors should know the requirements. It's the same everywhere for international students. And we had different country students studying with us hindus, christain and muslims all studying under one roof. India is no special place.

She was trying to apply for a seat, but couldnt because of her citizenship as she was not allowed to appear for the All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT) as only NRIs and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) are allowed to take the examination, while she and her family are here on a long-term visa.

Can you please tell how many muslims from India migrated to pakistan in last 2-3 years ??? I bet it wouldn't beat the number of hindus and i strongly assume that there will be none... because the living standards of muslims in India are far better than those in pakistan.. or else, we would have seen muslim migration to pakistan heavily... why dont u come up with stats ??

The only thing i dont like about this case is that she is complaining about the alloted seat in Karnataka as she thinks Karnataka has different culture and language.This may be somewhat true but since she is in india she should explore all of india, not just stay in Jaipur.

Also please note that My Father is from India state UP and city Meerut. We still have our forefather's house and property over there but he brought his whole family here to Pakistan.

Lol... my local govt and federal govt gave them visas, saved them from persecution pakistan and now the same governments have flexed their hands to get her good education, which I bet would be impossible for her to get in Pakistan... please dont argue about opportunities in pakistan for hindus.. if it were so great, she wouldn't have even ran away from there and applied for asylum in India.

In your country, sweeper jobs and low level jobs are exclusively given to hindus and christians.. because your constitution believes their place is that... that itself shows what opportunities you provide for minorities in your country.

While i dont chestbeat about being great and all, i would definetely be proud to say that we have the most tolerant society around. When you persecuted East pakistanis, we took them in. now in west pakistan, hindus are being persecuted and we will take them in.

lol.. if u want to go by such records, our president was a muslim.. look at my profile pic.. our current vice president is a muslim... so we are far better than you in tolerance. and yeah.. i am not in any imaginary world.. there are 400 Hindu refugee settlements in and around UP, Rajasthan exclusively by pakistani hindus who migrated for the fear of persecution. That tells the whole story.. i bet you to show a single muslim settlement in pakistan that consists of refugees from India, I will not post again.

He is just an acting chief justice from 24 march to 20 july... big deal eh ?? The first hindu chief justice of pakistan after almost 70 years and he is there for like what.. ? 4 months.. ?? wow.. its a great record.
