This is the first sane post I have read from a Pakistani on the subject.

Not Exactly; Love and Feedling has no value in a War. Pak is well know the sentence that "Everything is fair in love and war".
It is told that he may be released with exchange of another prisoner. the dialog is might be for two purposes One the Indians who are sleeping to give them and media the spicy news so people see that gov is doing nothing for that people so people of India frustrate; Two recently the terrorist arrested the guru of Kasab so the clear message of not liking the arrest; Third one person released after many years which is sympathy as well as joke as one person might be released so sympathy and second government do nothing for him till these years. the joke with sabarjeet and sarabjeet are also there. the media is most responsible for any news if the sabarjeet is not wrong for not clarify the news and make the happiness in mind of sabarjeet family. might be to see that pressure made on india to releave some other prisoner.

Just do one thing, made an act of anti terrorist where the dealing is directly done by some other authority with no human rights or other acts and courts, second apply the law of Martial Law. and third hang the kasab and his guru after that, let the sabarjeet loss to India. but the message will clear like Israel that we do not surrender the threat....
