India is never been a bad place for me.. It will remain a good place even if people like you try to rewrite history as you wish.. ;0
They are kids why are you bothering .
Very true.As long as India remains majority Hindu it will always be a good place for everybody .....even if people like you try to make the country sickular in your image.
Your posts speak volumes of your maturity.
By the way sad to say that our Last prime Minister said " Muslims have the first right on the resources of India". The Seculars were happy. But I dont know how this is secular ?So maturity is now equated with keeping India a third world country and making politics a dirty word to the middle class? Or maturity is in allowing minorities to maintain their religious places while taking over majority communities religious places and using the temple money for secular purposes? The list of sickular maturity display is rather long and I do not want to spend time listing all of their greatness here.

Okay.. Stopping!! AM out!! Just these guys are pissed off because of my religion.. Am just rubbing salt in their wounds
The only person who is showing any hatred here is you . but then you cant see that can you?LOL. Yeah Togadia and Dr. Swamy who speak the same language I do are also teens.
No one is pissed off about your religion. You can keep practicing it, just do not try to ruin India by voting for thieves again and again just because they hate Hinduism like you do.

haha..Any response from Victims family?
I am not giving verdict and I agree it is for the court to decide. It is my opinion and I have the right to have opinion. Even if the Marines did made and error of judgment in killing the people, still the intention was not bad and in comparison to criminals they should have a less stricter punishment. That is for the courts to decide. You or I cannot judg such things. It is precisely for that reason that a free and fair trial will be conducted. If in the course of the trial it is established that the shooting was accidental and that the marines were blameless, then the court will set them free. But they have to undergo trial.
By the way, even if the killig wasn't intentional, it doesn't mean it was "accidental". There are many degrees of culpability. Unless they can demonstrate clearly why they thought the victims were a lethal threat, they will not go scot free. It's not premeditated murder - everybody agrees that much. But it could be culpable homicide not amounting to murder, or criminal negligence.
Anybody with a gun can shoot - the reason that only qualified, trained armed forces personnel are given the right to shoot, is because they are expected to know when to shoot - judicious use of force. Being marines, they should have known better than to shoot at unarmed people.
Umm...your quote mentions a congress party leader mingling with them.
Whichever party is in power, they cannot simply arrest the marines without proving the case first. It is upto the court whether to let them out on bail pending trial or not. The court has given them bail, and I don't see how any political party can prevent them from visiting any private club they want, or living their choice of lifestyle, as lng as they don't violate the terms of the bail.
FFS people, stop this ridiculous party politics.

I am not deciding, I am just giving my opinion. I am saying that whatever court will be deciding is fine with me.Yes, you can have your opinion, that is true.
But the question of whether it was really an accident with no blame to ascribe, or whether there was negligence involved on their part, is not really a matter of personal opinion - it is a matter of fact, that can only be judged after weighing all the evidence. That is the job of the court.
Maybe you think that you know enough of the case to come to a conclusion - and that is fine, you can think so. I have my doubts, it is my feeling that they have shown at least some negligence that led to death.
Anyway at this stage, they are being presumed innocent, pending trial. If and only if negligence is proved, will they be declared guilty.
And by the way, nobody is alleging that they intentionally did it - if so, it would be a murder case in the first degree. They did not plan and intentionally kill them - at most, it was criminal negligence. Even if they are found guilty, they will get a lesser punishment - not death penalty or life imprisonment. At most 5 or 6 years in jail, which can be further reduced later.
Yes, I understand that. I was also giving my opinion that there is some guilt on their part. I could be wrong, we'll wait for the court's judgement to know.I am not deciding, I am just giving my opinion. I am saying that whatever court will be deciding is fine with me.
