Operated Space Shuttles - 5, Man on the Moon, Only Country to Go Out of the Jupiter's Orbit and that too 8 Times, 11 Nimitz with 90 F-18s with ASEA Euipped and the GPS, 75 Burke's with 96 VLS each. (Have a Lot to Write, But after sometime.)

5) India

6) UK

7) Japan

8) Germany

The Rest of the World is Useless as Apart from the Above, No One can has the Capability to Fight a War Outside of their Borders.

Russia/Japan/Germany - some might say what is japan doing their or germany , first japan if they remove the article which states they cant attack other nations they can build a strong army as they have the tech and a strong economy , big brands , Germany is similar i heard there is marshall plan or something which forbids them to build arms , if they do however they have all the means to do so , economy , tech , DOWNSIDE OF JAPAN AND GERMANY IS AGEING POPULATION , now to russia , russia is strong as have good military tech ( except UAVs) which came from soviet times and have oil and gas , but their economy is weak compared to a country of such size and population
