Great Powers- Britain, France, China, Russia
Economic Powers- Japan, China, Germany, South Korea , Brazil, Indonesia?? (based on highest rising)
Regional Powers - Asia - India, Russia, China/ Middle East- Israel, Iran, Turkey, Saudi Arabia/ Africa- Nigeria*, Egypt/ North America - USA/ South America- Brazil/ Europe - Germany ,France,England/ Australia- Australia LOL

Care to explain why you moved Germany down?

Germany may not have nukes but has a powerful military, the largest and most populous country in Europe and it has the strongest economy in Europe.

Japan has no nukes either. Just take argument above, Japan has a larger economy than Germany, quite strong one too.

Bonus point, Japan is not a landlocked nation and the country rest in high techs in many fields, scale second to the US. Frankly I cannot see single merit that Germany should be ahead of Japan.

currently the only hyperpower would be the european union if you were to include in your statistics a collaboration of nations.

otherwise it would be the u.s.a.

EU is broken, it cannot match USA.

Only US, Russia and China are influential powers even european powers do not have huge influence on asian and african countries.

Disagree the USA it's Influence, Military, Economy top no country can even match the US, they are the closet thing to a hyper power or whatever you call beyond a superpower.

IMO "ISRAEL" is the super power the only country who is RUNNING USA politics for her own objectives!

China is a developing country. I hope all my fellows here keep low profile.

China has no interest in being a super-power and all the problems that come with it.

All it wants is to have a thriving economy, wants to keep to it self, wants a strong military to deter foreign aggression and make its people prosperous. Kind of like USA pre-1941.

So for the fore sable future, USA will dominate the global sphere while China build's its economy.

Even if China surpasses USA in its Economy, USA will still be the global super-power.

I would say that the Israeli, American, coalition countries, non-NATO allies of America and European alliance is very close to what may be called a Hyperpower.
