The fact is India cannot produce any high-tech weaponry on its own. It needs partners to produce them and so how can India be considered the 3rd most powerful country?

no country in the world produce 100 percent of the weapons themselves. not even america. last time india and pakistan fought a war it took only 6 days for pakistan to surrrender with 90000 POWs.
