Sri Lankan Prime Minister D.M Jayaratne yesterday questioned into whether the killing of Osama Bin Laden by US forces in Pakistan was a violation of International laws.

“How can another country enter another sovereign state to kill a person on an order?

We never ordered to kill Prabhakaran. He died when the war was still going.

That’s the difference between these two deaths.

Well a country is only sovereign to the extent till the time it can maintain its sovereignty.

When a country knowing/unknowingly harbors the worlds most wanted terrorist against its declared national policy and consistently denies his presence for several years ..hasn't it's sovereignty already been breached ?
